Where do you ship from? How long does delivery take?

We ship from our warehouse in Toledo, Ohio. Most orders to US addresses arrive in 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship same-day; later orders ship next business day.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked, no restocking fee. If the product doesn't fit your machine or doesn't meet your expectations, message us and we'll send a return label. Refund issued within 3 business days of receipt.

I'm not sure if this fits my machine. Can you help?

Yes — this is what we do best. Email us a photo of your tailstock, spindle, or machine model plate, and we'll confirm fit before you order. Our team includes actual machinists, not call center reps. Reach us at autoboxca@gmail.com.

Are you the same as the autoboxtools eBay store?

Do you have parts for my [Bridgeport / Harbor Freight 7x10 / Grizzly G0602 / Sieg X2] machine?

Almost certainly yes. We carry accessories for the most common US mini and bench lathes, mini mills, and Bridgeport-style mills — including all Harbor Freight 7x10 / 7x12 / 7x14, Grizzly G0602 / G0704 / G4000, Sieg C2/X2/X3, and most Atlas/Craftsman/South Bend models. If you don't see what you need, contact us — we may carry it without listing yet.

What's the difference between MT2, MT3, R8, and ER25? How do I know which I need?

These are all different ways your machine tool holds accessories:

  • MT2 / MT3 / MT4 (Morse Taper) — tapered shanks for lathe tailstocks and drill presses
  • R8 — the standard spindle taper on most Bridgeport-style mills
  • ER25 / ER32 — precision collet systems for milling on R8 spindles

Check your machine's manual or look at the markings on the tailstock quill or mill spindle. Send your machine photos to us by email and we will get back to you in 1-3 business days.
